Chesmar Homes Moves to Lago Mar

Chesmar Homes is bringing their “neighbors building homes for neighbors” philosophy to Lago Mar as well as eight beautiful designs sure to turn home buyers into Lago Mar homeowners.

The one- and two-story homes will range from 1,901 to 2,733 square feet and include must-have features such as island kitchens with GE appliance packages, 2-inch faux-wood blinds on all windows, well-appointed master suites with air-conditioned walk-in closets, covered patios and more.

Chesmar Homes will soon start construction on two model homes in our community. The models will showcase two floor plans that are new for the builder. The Winslow is a two-story, four-bedroom plan boasting a fireplace in the family room and large master suite with a hidden access to the utility room. The Pendleton is a flexible floor plan that offers a formal dining room or study option and a game room.
