Lagoon Access Now Promotion Rules & Regulations

Access Now Campaign Promotion 2025 Terms
The “Access Now Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is a special promotional offer provided by Astro Lago Mar LP, the developer of the Lago Mar development (hereinafter referred to as “The Developer”). The Promotion is available exclusively to purchasers of new homes within the Lago Mar development who execute a sales contract for a new home between April 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025.
Under this Promotion, eligible buyers will receive immediate access to the Lago Mar Crystal Lagoon upon execution of a new home sales contract. The Developer will bear the costs associated with providing this immediate access to the Lagoon prior to the closing of the home purchase.
Beginning in 2026, the buyer will assume responsibility for any costs associated with continued access to the Lagoon. It is expressly understood that this Promotion does not cover Homeowners Association (HOA) dues, and the buyer will be solely responsible for the payment of any applicable HOA fees.
Rules and regulations:
- Campaign Dates
The Campaign is valid only for new home sales contracts signed between April 1st, 2025, and August 31st, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). - Instant Access to Lago Mar Crystal Lagoon
Qualified buyers who sign a new home sales contract during the Promotion Period will receive instant accessto the Lago Mar Crystal Lagoon immediately upon signing the contract, prior to closing. Access to the Lagoon will be provided at no cost to the buyer until January 1st, 2026, after which the buyer will be responsible for any fees associated with the Lagoon. - Buyer Responsibilities
- The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of Lagoon access starting in 2026.
- The buyer is also responsible for paying any Homeowners Association (HOA) duesor fees associated with the property, which are not covered by the Developer under this Campaign.
- This promotion does not cover any other fees or costs associated with the purchase of the home, including, but not limited to, bulk digital services, working capital assessments, or closing costs.
- Eligibility
- To be eligible, the buyer must sign a new home sales contractfor a new construction home that is located in Lago Mar. This does not apply to homes for rent.
- The home must be built and sold by an approved builder (Adams Homes, Ashton Woods, Castle Rock Communities, Century Communities, Colina Homes, DR Horton, Davidson Homes, Lennar Homes, M/I Homes, Pulte Homes, Tricoast Homes, and Westin Homes)in Lago Mar and must not have been previously owned.
- The promotion is non-transferableand can only be applied to the buyer(s) listed in the signed contract. It cannot be sold or assigned to a third party.
- Voidance of Promotion
The Campaign and the associated benefits, including instant Lagoon access, will be void if the sales contract is canceled for any reason prior to closing. - Form Submission
In order to receive the benefits of this Campaign, the buyer must submit the completed form along with the notice of the sales contract to an ARM (American Resort Management) representative located at the Lago Mar Clubhouse Lagoon. - Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years of ageor older to be eligible for this Campaign.
