The center is open, providing you with the most up-to-date information about the 12-acre Lago Mar Crystal Clear Lagoon that will soon be the centerpiece of our breeze-kissed community.

You’ll also learn about our builders, our community and our fabulous lifestyle. Visit us on weekends through May for a chance to win an Apple Watch!

The Lago Mar Crystal Clear Lagoon is scheduled to open in 2020. A sample of planned features are:

• Multiple white-sand beaches
• 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a cabana pool
• A swim-up bar and floating obstacle course
• The Breezeway Boardwalk restaurant and entertainment area

If you choose to make your home with us, you will have access to even more, including private beaches and a separate clubhouse.
